A Brief Guide on How to Use Zebec on Near Protocol

Zebec being a revolutionary DeFi technology that empowers real-time, frictionless and continuous streams of payments. The automatic money streams made possible through Zebec allow businesses, employees and consumers to completely re-imagine how they are paid, how they invest and how they buy products or services.

It is no longer news that zebec is now listed on near protocol. this is a super news for all the zebec community .but despite this, there have been some hindrances which is how to use the platform. in this articles, i explain the steps to which you can follow to arrive and use the platform effectively.

Steps:

  1. In the light of this, Zebec provides two wallet options for users to use the Zebec Near Application.

a. Near Wallet

b. Sender Wallet

2. To get started, Choose the Wallet of your choice to connect to the application.

Note (DEPOSIT): you need to take note that , In the Zebec Near application, there is no need for the deposit assets in the contract like in the Solana; the user can directly start the stream without depositing.

How to Stream in Zebec: below is the steps with images, explaining how to stream in zebec using the near protocol or any other.

  1. To create a Stream, navigate to the “Send” page by pressing the Send button on the Navbar.

2. Users can start a stream by filling out the form.the examples of how the form looks is display below.

3. take Note that , For the receiver wallet, you either paste the receiver sender/Near wallet or select from the address book; the wallet can be added to the address book by following the steps below.

i.) Navigate to the Address Book.

ii.) Add the name and address of the wallet. The address can be both implicit as well as named accounts.

iii.) Save the address by clicking the “Add Address” button.

iv.) After filling out and verifying the inputs, it can now be used in streaming.

v.) The user will be warned if the address is not initialised in Mainnet. Users can still save the address even if the address is not initialized.

Here, the user needs to approve the transaction.

Note for Token: you need to take-care with this. In case you are streaming tokens for the first time, you will have to pay a certain amount of NEAR fees for a storage deposit.

MISSION SUCCESS! The stream starts after the transaction is successful. Users will be redirected to the outgoing section of the Transactions.

Note: The amount given in Stream Overview is the exact amount that will be streamed to the receiver(which is very close to the amount specified by the user). There are no fees for creating the stream.
